• To Union Station: 1:30pm

• Shuttle pickup details will be shared closer to the festival. Please have your digital pass ready when you're ready to board the shuttle to receive your shuttle wristband.
• Shuttle Passes are sold separately from festival tickets.
• Estimated travel time is 4–5 hours between Union Station and Aspen with stops, and 4.5–5.5 hours between Denver International Airport (DEN) and Aspen with stops. Buses will also have restrooms.
• Accessibility Note: All locations have accessible shuttle options. So we can best prepare for your arrival, if you purchase a shuttle pass and need accessible accommodation, please email us at access@upintheskyfestival.com.

• VIP will have light snacks available beginning at 4pm. VIP Food service will be offered from 5:30-6:30 and 7:30-8:30 daily.
• VIP seating within the lounge is first-come, first-served
• With the exception of ADA viewing zones, chairs are not permitted in viewing areas
• Kids Policy: Children 8 and under are free and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Limit two children per ticketed adult.

• Your group’s Cabin wristbands will be ready for pick-up at the Cabin Concierge check-in upon arrival.
